Job Description

Own full lifecycle delivery of ERP and complex enterprise transformation programmes
Lead multiple concurrent workstreams under a single, integrated roadmap
Establish and enforce robust governance, change control, and delivery standards
Manage system integrators, vendors, and commercial performance
Ensure business readiness, operational transition, and benefits realisation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred)
15+ years delivering large‑scale ERP or enterprise IT transformation programmes
Proven leadership of at least one full ERP implementation or major re‑platforming
Strong experience managing system integrators and complex vendor ecosystems
Confident engaging executive stakeholders in governance‑heavy environment
