A Senior Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between engineering teams and upper management. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with management exposure.
  • Proven success in leading and managing large engineering teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and operational planning.
