Job Description

The role of a Senior Engineering Manager is crucial in overseeing and refining the engineering processes of an organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering goals with business strategy.
