Senior Engineer - Structural

We are hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the structural design and analysis for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in structural engineering, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective structures. Attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork are key to thriving in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis for a variety of building projects.

• Review design calculations, drawings, and specifications.

• Lead a team of junior engineers and drafters.

• Ensure designs meet project requirements, safety standards, and regulations.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients.

• Perform site inspections and structural assessments.

• Solve complex technical issues related to structural integrity.

• Monitor project progress and report to management.

• Stay current with the latest engineering software and industry best practices.

• Support project proposals and tender documentation preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering.

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software .

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Familiarity with local and international building codes.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination.

• UAE experience is a plus.
