As a Senior Engineer - Structural, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading structural engineering projects from conceptual design through to completion. Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering design and documentation processes for projects.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Manage the coordination of structural designs with other engineering disciplines.
• Oversee the preparation of structural calculations and detailed drawings.
• Evaluate and approve the work of junior engineers and technicians for quality assurance.
• Provide technical expertise and advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the progress of construction activities.
• Develop and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare accurate project proposals, budgets, and schedules for approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering design and management.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required for this position.
• Proven experience with structural analysis software and tools is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to oversee engineering teams.
