Senior Engineer - Offshore Onshore Construction Piping

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Engineer - Offshore/Onshore Construction (Piping) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Piping Engineering.
  
  

• Manage construction oversight, and execution support for all piping‑related activities associated with offshore facilities, topsides, pipelines, and brownfield/greenfield modifications.
• Prepare and review piping construction work packs, method statements, and job cards
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure design deliverables are construction‑ready
• Interpret piping isometrics, P&IDs, GA drawings, support details, and vendor documents
• Provide technical solutions to site queries (SQs), technical queries (TQs), and interface issues
• Supervise piping construction activities at onshore yards and during offshore mobilization
• Liaise with engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, EPC contractors, and client representatives
• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, deviations, and change requests
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and mechanical completion dossiers
  
  

• Minimum 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in similar position for major oil & gas (offshore project).
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Mechanical/ Piping Construction Background.
• Familiarity with international codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, NORSOK).
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction methods, mechanical systems, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in challenging offshore environments and extended rotations
