Job Description

Lead Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) activities to convert engineering and construction plans into executable work packages and support safe, predictable field delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·       Align the path of construction with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning priorities.

·       Define Construction Work Areas and coordinate Engineering, Construction and Installation Work Packages (EWPs, CWPs and IWPs).

·       Prepare and review package scope, drawings, quantities, resources, safety requirements and quality records.

·       Maintain constraint registers covering design, materials, access, permits, equipment and predecessor work.

·       Coordinate with planners and discipline teams to release packages only when readiness criteria are met.

·       Track package progress, productivity and completion against the construction schedule.

·       Use model reviews and constructability discussions to identify interfaces and improve work sequencing.

·       Maintain revision control and support package closeout, lessons learned and turnover.

Requirements

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline.

·       8+ years in EPC construction, including 3+ years in AWP or workface planning.

·       Practical knowledge of AWP, workface planning and multidisciplinary EPC construction.

·       Ability to interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials and construction schedules.

·       Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools and work packaging or 3D model review applications.

·       Strong coordination, problem solving and progress reporting skills.
