Job Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale Digital & Technology Services business with responsibility for performance, growth, and service excellence
• Lead and develop a senior leadership team overseeing multiple technology disciplines and specialist functions
• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the technology services portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
• Drive service quality, operational effectiveness, governance, and continuous improvement across the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, strategic partners, and key clients
• Identify opportunities to expand capabilities, introduce new services, and support sustainable business growth
• Partner closely with the executive leadership team on business planning, strategic initiatives, and organisational priorities
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National with significant senior leadership experience within technology, digital, or technology services environments
• Proven track record leading large and complex technology organisations through senior managers and functional leaders
• Broad leadership experience across technology disciplines such as enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, digital platforms, or technology operations
• Strong commercial and strategic capability, with experience driving organisational performance and growth
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders, leadership teams, and external partners
• Executive presence combined with a hands-on leadership style and a passion for building high-performing teams
