Job Summary

Shape the backbone of our data-driven future by owning and evolving our high-impact data infrastructure—where your expertise directly fuels analytics, machine learning, and business decisions at scale. You’ll architect, optimize, and safeguard our ETL pipelines, ensuring flawless data flow while troubleshooting incidents and automating workflows to meet SLAs. With deep hands-on experience in cloud platforms like Google Cloud or Azure, Python, SQL, and tools such as Airflow or Databricks, you’ll collaborate across data, DevOps, and BI teams to design scalable solutions and resolve bottlenecks. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex data challenges, documents processes rigorously, and bridges technical and business needs to deliver reliable, high-quality data systems. Here, you’ll leverage cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft Fabrics and MLOps to push boundaries, while enjoying autonomy in a fast-paced team of six—where your work transforms raw data into strategic assets.

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure the efficient flow of data between systems
• Implement and maintain procedures to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely data across platforms
• Monitor data processing systems for errors, latency, and performance bottlenecks; develop solutions to mitigate potential issues
• Lead and manage data-related incidents, problem tickets, and outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes
• Design and implement automation strategies for data processing, monitoring, and reporting
• Ensure data pipelines and infrastructure can scale with growing data volumes and new business needs
• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI, data scientists, Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure smooth data integration and operation
• Document data operations processes, workflows, and best practices
• Ensure to communicate with IT stakeholders and business stakeholders for the issue updates and resolution
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 2 + years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations, or a similar role, with a focus on large-scale data infrastructure
