The Senior Credit Manager is a pivotal role within our finance team, providing critical oversight and management of the company's credit granting process. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to junior credit management staff.
  • Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure cohesive credit operations.
  • Generate and analyze reports on credit data and credit risk profiles regularly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of credit processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Actively participate in negotiations with clients to resolve complex credit issues.
  • Provide strategic input on credit-related matters at management meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in credit activities.
  • Evaluate and upgrade credit management systems to stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in credit management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis techniques and financial risk management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with experience in team management.
