Senior Contracts Engineer

Penspen is looking for a Senior Contracts Engineer for one of the MEGA oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing, administrating and overseeing the various Contractual activities of the PMC project.

Qualification Required

• Any Engineering Degree from a recognized University
• Knowledge in FIDIC terms.
• Professional Certifications related to Contracts such as MRICS is an added advantage.
  
  

• Minimum 17 years of experience.
• Atleast 5-10 years in the oil and gas industry in a role of a Contract Engineer or above.
• Must have handled large oil and gas or petrochemical EPC projects (preferably in the GCC region).
• Good experience in handling various legal and contractual terms in the oil and gas industry.
• Well versed in pre & post bidding contractual matters.
• Musth have good experience in commercial & claims management.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations.
