Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate high-value contracts for offshore engineering, construction, and installation services.
  • Ensure all contract terms comply with company policies and legal standards.
  • Lead the tendering process, bid evaluations, and contract award recommendations.
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, project management, and technical teams to support contractual matters.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure timely resolution of disputes or claims.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project cost control and ensure budget alignment with contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in contract engineering or management, with at least 5 years in offshore oil & gas projects.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and claims handling.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
