Senior Contract Manager

Penspen is looking for Senior Contract Manager for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have an Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)
  
  

• Responsible for leading the full commercial and contractual lifecycle of major FEED, EPC within oil and gas offshore projects. The role combines contract strategy, risk management, compliance oversight, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams
• Lead development, negotiation, and finalization of complex offshore contracts, including FEED/EPC and service agreements
• Define contracting strategies aligned with project objectives, risk appetite, and commercial frameworks
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle: tendering, award, administration, change management, claims, and close‑out
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks across offshore operations.
• Lead evaluation and resolution of contractor and subcontractor claims
• Act as the primary interface between legal, procurement, engineering, finance, and offshore operations teams
• Mentor and supervise junior contract engineers, procurement specialists, and commercial staff
• Provide leadership on contracting best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in oil and gas contract management, with significant offshore project exposure.
• Must of 5 Yrs of experience in similar position with strong offshore background.
• Strong background in FEED/EPC contracting, risk management, and international procurement standards.
• Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
• Experience from PMC Background preferred.
