About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BPR Consultant to lead process diagnostics, redesign initiatives, and stakeholder workshops for a major organizational transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AS-IS and TO-BE process assessments

• Facilitate executive and operational workshops

• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities

• Design optimized end-to-end process models and procedures

• Mentor BPR consultants and analysts

• Ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

• 8–12 years’ experience in BPR or process transformation

• Strong experience in regulated or public-sector environments

• Expertise in BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies
