We are looking for PMC Senior construction Manager with 20+ years of experience to be based in Abu Dhabi. for an onshore project.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Plan, Direct and Manage all aspects of the construction project in accordance with its contractual, budget, schedule and quality requirements to LNG project development.
• Manage all construction activities in accordance with their contractual, budget, schedule and quality requirements.
• Review the construction needs and drive its delivery within a timely manner, ensuring it meets the clients’ expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels and act as an interface between the client, its contractors and subcontracts.
• Ensure the project team is aligned with projects requirements and the project is resourced as required to meet the demands of the project.
• Provide expert advice on construction activities, accurately reporting on progress as required.
• Support the construction manager with the execution of the construction works.
• Champion HSE programmes, to ensure all activities are carried out and aligned with the projects HSE goals, objectives, and targets.
• Understand the importance of safety, recognizing and rewarding safe behaviors and practices, accordingly;
• Ensure construction attains a high level of quality and that this is maintained throughout the duration of the project.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
  
  

• Minimum Experience
• 20 years of experience, in Process Plant Operations in a LNG, petrochemical or oil & gas / process industry, 10 years of which in a Senior Management role for International Project Development with 3 years in similar position.
