Job Title: Senior Construction Engineer – Civil – Offshore Topside Project

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer – Civil who brings deep expertise in managing mega offshore EPC/PMC projects and delivering world‑class construction excellence. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the Offshore Site Location 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off ( Rotation Cycle)

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Construction Engineer – Civil (PMC – Oil & Gas) provides technical assurance, construction oversight, and discipline leadership during the execution of major oil & gas facilities. Acting on behalf of the client/PMC team, the engineer ensures that all civil and structural works—including foundations, concrete structures, piling, roadworks, underground utilities, pipe rack structures, and heavy equipment foundations—are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum Overall 15+ years of experience
• 10+Years in oil and Gas industry.
• Must have previous experience working in offshore projects - EPC or PMC.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas projects.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
