Job Description

Penspen is urgently looking to hire Senior Completion Engineer responsible for supervising and executing safe, efficient, and cost-effective well-completion operations at the site. Duties include coordinating contractors, monitoring operational performance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring well integrity, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards.

Responsibilities

Lead completion activities at the wellsite.
Implement approved completion programs and procedures.
Manage onsite crews, contractors, equipment, and resources.
Maintain safe operations and verify well barriers.
Resolve operational problems and minimize downtime.
Report daily progress, performance, and completion results.

Qualifications And Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
Familiarity with international standards
PMC, EPC and Offshore experience will be preferred
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
