We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is crucial in providing advanced chiropractic care to our patients, focusing on promoting overall health and alleviating pain through natural healing methods. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of chiropractic adjustments and be committed to improving patients’ quality of life through personalized treatment plans. As a Senior Chiropractor, you will lead a team of junior chiropractors and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using advanced techniques to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform skilled chiropractic adjustments and manipulations for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior chiropractors to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on self-care strategies, including exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes for better health.
  • Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments and adjust treatments accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in compliance with legal and medical standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest chiropractic research and practices.
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote chiropractic services and wellness education.
  • Ensure compliance with chiropractic regulations, policies, and ethical practices at all times.
  • Provide emergency care and manage acute cases with precision and confidence.
  • Supervise the use and maintenance of chiropractic equipment to guarantee safety and hygiene.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and valid state chiropractic license .
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of chiropractic methods, musculoskeletal health, and holistic care.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to continued professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
