We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Chiropractor to join our thriving healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in chiropractic care with a strong dedication to patient wellness and pain management. You will be responsible for providing advanced chiropractic solutions, aiding in patient recovery and maintaining optimal health through various holistic practices. As a Senior Chiropractor, you will lead and inspire a team of junior chiropractors, ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatment plans for patients.
  • Develop personalized therapies supporting patient health and wellness goals.
  • Adjust and manipulate the spine to correct any postural issues or injuries.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior chiropractors to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records including treatments, progress, and outcomes.
  • Remain up-to-date with advancements in chiropractic techniques and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient follow-up assessments to monitor and ensure care effectiveness.
  • Educate patients and families on techniques to improve spinal health and posture.
  • Advocate for chiropractic care education by organizing workshops or community sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all medical regulations and professional standards of practice.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
  • Current license to practice chiropractic care in the designated jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in chiropractic practice, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior chiropractic staff effectively.
  • Strong skills in diagnosis, manual adjustment techniques, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build patient relationships.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on chiropractic trends.
