Job Purpose

Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Enterprise Business Planning Process.

Assist in building the capability of Business Planning across the Enterprise.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Enterprise Business Planning

  • Support in the development of the Short-Medium-Long term Business planning improvement priorities and plans to support Nawah’s goal/vision of being a top performing nuclear company in alignment with the business need.
  • Support in gathering operational requirements and input from the generation plan for the 1 & 5 year Operational Plan
  • Support in gather all AFIs and develop Information packs, guidelines, at the start of the business planning cycle
  • Execute initiatives/ tasks to improve Enterprise business planning, this include but not limited to:
  • o Business planning frameworks, processes, mechanisms and/or tools, etc., as appropriate, to ensure
  • Enterprise efficiently and effectively develops, resources, communicates and assigns accountability for its 5 year business plan.
  • o Collaborate with CNO functions on-site and manage the Functional Plans on an ongoing basis, including implementation and management of appropriate change controls, to ensure the Functional Plan remains current and subject to appropriate governance.
  • o Collaborate with Finance to ensure that 5 year functional plans is tightly linked to the budgeting and financial forecasting process.
  • o Change controls and change management processes, mechanisms and/or tools, etc., as appropriate to ensure the Nawah’s Business Plan remains current and subject to appropriate governance.
  • Develop the requirements needed to support the operational plan and gather / collect their requirements to be able to deliver the generation and operational plan.
  • Update material for Functional review and CXO challenge sessions.
  • Review and challenge potential business cases from the Enterprise.
  • Update material for Business Cases review in the NPRB sessions
  • Engage with focal points to gather Out-of-the-cycle requests, including related scope creation, validation, challenge, review, endorsement, and approval.
  • Coordinate the required communication between the function and all support functions to assure alignment and streamlining to fulfil out of the cycle requirements.
  • Act as system administrator for selected business intelligence solutions assocated with Business planning (including but not limited to SAP-BRF Module.
  • Analyze, understand, and document user needs to ensure accurate fulfillment of user requests
  • Develop training modules for new system users to ensure proficiency of use
  • Identify and assess key opportunity areas where data and analytics can enhance our business.

Capability Building

  • Participate in the required Pre-Job Briefs, communications, presentations with the C-Level across Nawah and the Enterprise
  • Educate, train, and build capability of business planning within the enterprise functions by carrying awareness sessions to functions’ management / leadership, focal points, system’s training, and other means of interactions.
  • Build the Business Requirement with the functions and identify the related regulatory, risk, schedule impacts.

  • Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.

Professional Certifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, or similar.
  • 5 years of relevant experience
