Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

Support the development of strategic plans, business cases and annual capex budget / operating plans to ensure they are within the overall strategic guidelines.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of cluster strategies and ensure that the mission and values are maintained throughout the processes and activities.
• Responsible for business planning and commercialization of asset development and infrastructure assets.
• Handle the valuation and pricing of lands and Build to Suit proposals.
• Identify and analyze the long-range financial forecasts and 5-10 year business plans.
• Responsible to prepare and present the financial progress reports, forecasts and plans to the senior management in a monthly basis.
• Co-ordinate, advise and challenge the overall budgeting exercise, to ensure budgets are set in line with the overall strategy and annual KPI financial targets.
• Monitor the ERP system and provide recommendation plans for enhancement.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management , Finance, Economics or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Professional Finance qualification is a preferred
