We are seeking a Senior-level Business Analyst with strong AI-related experience to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical teams, drive AI-enabled initiatives, and support digital transformation across enterprise-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for AI-driven and data-intensive initiatives, from discovery through delivery
• Engage with multiple stakeholders (business leaders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and regulators) to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
• Support Scrum/Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Perform impact analysis, process modeling, and gap analysis for existing and future-state systems
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and governance standards, especially in banking/fintech environments
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussions with strong clarity and confidence
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, templates, and standards
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (banking, fintech, or large enterprises)
• Experience with EU and/or US companies would be a strong plus AI-related experience is a strong plus
• Mandatory AI-related experience, such as:
• AI-enabled products or platforms
• Data analytics, machine learning use cases, or intelligent automation
• AI strategy, governance, or AI-driven process optimization
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Scrum/Agile certification or strong hands-on Agile delivery experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
