About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior / Associate Landscape Architect to join our design team in Abu Dhabi.

This role will lead landscape design development across concept and schematic stages while managing small teams and delivering high-quality design solutions for complex regional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead landscape design development and deliver Concept and Schematic Design reports.
• Manage and guide small teams of landscape architects and designers.
• Prepare design documentation and presentations aligned with client briefs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, planners, and engineers.
• Develop sustainable landscape solutions suited to regional climate and environmental conditions.
• Support senior design leadership and contribute to project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10 to 12 years of experience, including GCC or UAE project exposure.
• Strong experience in concept and schematic design delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino or Revit, and Lumion.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and sustainable landscape practices.
