What you will do:

Job Purpose:

As part of Group Communications’ corporate unit communications business partner model, this role provides dedicated communications partnership to designated Corporate Units, supporting the planning, delivery, and ownership of internal communications aligned to organizational priorities.

The role requires to lead and manage communications requirements for the designated Corporate Unit’s initiatives, acting as a trusted communications partner to stakeholder project teams. The role is responsible for planning, delivering, and owning internal communications campaigns and activities, including end-to-end communications support for major events and conferences for the designated Corporate Units, while ensuring consistency, governance, and alignment with Group Communications standards.

The role provides guidance to stakeholders on effective internal communications approaches and supports the delivery of high-impact, audience-focused communications across the organization.

What will you bring:

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in directly relevant communications or marketing roles.
  • Relevant experience in internal and corporate communications, including campaign execution and event-related communications within large, complex organisations.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of internal communications planning, channels, and best practices, with a strong partnership mindset and proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead campaigns and manage multiple stakeholders and delivery timelines
  • Strong content development skills, with a focus on producing high-quality, fit-for-purpose communications outputs.
  • Strong capability in applying modern digital tools to elevate the effectiveness, quality, and professionalism of communications delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
  • High level of judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism.
