Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Application Support, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation and management of applications within our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and stability of applications while providing top-notch technical assistance. Responsibilities

  • Document support procedures and solutions for common issues encountered by users.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups and data recovery operations.
  • Participate in incident management and deliver timely resolutions to system outages.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with application security protocols.
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of new software applications and features.
  • Train junior support staff and end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers on technical support matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application support processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and support techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and understanding of various operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
