Senior Architect Engineer - Design

We are hiring a Senior Architect Engineer - Desing to be based in Abu Dhabi to lead the design and development of Service Station in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of service station projects from concept to completion
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry codes
• Review and approve design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Optimize site layouts, forecourt design, and traffic flow efficiency
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities for approvals
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the design process
• Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field (minimum four-year program)
• 15 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in design development and permitting projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Abu Dhabi authorities, including handling submissions and approvals
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
• Holds a valid UAE driving license
