About the Job:

  • Support corporate and structured finance activities by conducting advanced financial analysis, by delivering advanced analytical, modelling, and coordination support across a broad range of financing initiatives. provide in-depth financial analysis, developing and maintaining financial models, and facilitating the preparation and execution of complex financing transactions.
  • The Senior Analyst ensures accuracy and compliance in financial strategies and supports the Specialist and leadership in achieving business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate debt and equity funding options, assess financial impacts, and support strategic decision-making. The senior analyst uses these models to perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and to provide actionable insights to senior management, ensuring ADNOC L&S’s financial decisions are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
  • Construct and update cash flow forecasts at multiple organizational levels to ensure adequate liquidity and support business planning. The senior analyst monitors cash positions, identifies potential shortfalls, and recommends actions to optimize cash utilization, directly supporting ADNOC L&S’s ability to fund operations and strategic investments.
  • Design and maintain business plan models to support strategic planning and decision-making. These models help ADNOC L&S evaluate new business opportunities, assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with long-term corporate objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for review by the Specialist, organizing data clearly, using visualization tools, and adhering to reporting standards to support management with timely, actionable information for strategic planning and execution.
  • Support the execution of financing transactions and funding activities by assisting in documentation, due diligence, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes that meet company objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct research on market trends and regulatory changes by reviewing industry publications, attending webinars, and summarizing key findings to identify potential risks and opportunities that could affect the company’s financing strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation by validating the integrity of models, reports, and transaction documents, conducting thorough checks, following established procedures, and escalating issues as needed to maintain high standards of governance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as directed by the Specialist, participating in meetings, sharing updates, and responding promptly to requests to ensure all relevant perspectives are considered and facilitate effective execution of financial strategies.
  • Assist in monitoring the debt portfolio and preparing comparative analyses by maintaining up-to-date records, analysing terms and costs, and preparing summary reports to support optimal debt management and inform recommendations on funding structures.
  • Provide recommendations to the Specialist based on analysis by clearly communicating findings, highlighting implications, and proposing practical solutions to contribute to informed decision-making and continuous improvement in financing strategies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in business economics, finance, accounting, law or related disciplines is an asset.
  • Good understanding of corporate funding, capital markets, and asset-backed financing.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modelling.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, structured finance, or in treasury within a large, complex organization (preferably in the energy, shipping, or logistics sector).
  • Experience with financial risk management, hedging instruments, and treasury operations.
  • Relevant international experience in supporting the structuring, negotiating and the execution of financing arrangements and a wide range of related legal documentation at corporate level and Project Finance at Joint Venture level.
  • Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
