The College of Law at Abu Dhabi University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in supporting the Dean by providing high-level administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Acting as a liaison between the Dean and faculty, staff, students, and external partners, the Senior Administrative Assistant will facilitate communication and support the Deans initiatives and projects. This role requires a strong proficiency in technical skills such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The ideal candidate will possess advanced problem-solving skills, accountability, and institutional alignment, contributing to the smooth functioning of the Deans office and enhancing the academic and operational excellence of the College of Law. This position is based at our Abu Dhabi campus and offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic academic environment.
