Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster account growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client communications and queries.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor and forecast client performance metrics to manage account expectations effectively.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, including monthly feedback and analysis.
  • Resolve client issues and disputes efficiently, maintaining positive relations with all accounts.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Manage account revenue targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate the preparation of sales proposals and contracts as required.
  • Train and mentor junior account managers to achieve their potential and meet organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in account management or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
