The main goal is to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and integration issues while ensuring teams remain aligned with overall objectives. This role operates at the program or release level, not within individual teams. This position requires the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment with lastminute assignments. In addition, it demands strong organizational skills to structure work and clearly communicate guidelines to the team.
