Job Description

Role Overview

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice and help clients transform how major investments are planned, governed, and delivered. You will work with executives, project sponsors, PMOs, and project delivery teams to drive improved project performance, enhance governance frameworks, strengthen project controls, and enable digital transformation across capital-intensive industries.

The role combines consulting, project controls, business transformation, and technology-enabled delivery to help clients achieve predictable project outcomes and maximize investment value.

What You'll Do

Advise clients on project controls, project governance, capital planning, and delivery transformation.

Assess and enhance project controls operating models and PMO effectiveness.

Lead cost, schedule, and performance management assessments.

Support development of governance frameworks, stage-gate models, and assurance processes.

Conduct schedule, risk, and earned value performance reviews.

Define reporting requirements and executive dashboards for program and portfolio management.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities.

Support implementation of capital project management platforms and reporting solutions.

Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.

Contribute to business development and proposal activities.

Professional Skills

Ability to structure complex problems and develop practical solutions.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Experience engaging with senior business and project stakeholders.

Demonstrated analytical and commercial acumen.

Project Performance Analytics

Oracle Primavera Unifier

EcoSys

Aconex

Planisware

Power BI

Oracle or SAP Project Systems

Preferred Qualifications

Proven years of experience in Capital Projects Consulting, PMO, Project Controls, EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, or Industrial sectors.

Experience working on large-scale capital programs.

Experience in management consulting or project advisory is highly desirable.

PMP, AACE CCP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Experience leading client-facing workstreams is advantageous.
