SAP Functional Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP HANA / SAP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions to effectively meet client’s business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, gathering requirements, mapping them into SAP processes, and ultimately delivering high-quality solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP HANA models along with strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex business processes and pinpoint areas of enhancement. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define SAP HANA solutions.
• Design, configure, and test SAP solutions to align with business objectives.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities through SAP HANA capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on SAP best practices and standards.
• Create detailed documentation of SAP configurations and business process mappings.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to impart SAP knowledge to clients and team members.
• Manage SAP system upgrades, migrations, and patch installations efficiently.
• Work closely with SAP developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure solution integrity and stability.
• Address and resolve technical issues related to SAP HANA installations and configurations.
• Maintain a strong rapport with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP trends, releases, and innovations to provide valuable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant required.
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and modeling techniques.
• Proven track record of successful SAP project implementations from start to finish.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization to meet business demands.
