Salon Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Salon Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in salon operations and team leadership, who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high operational standards in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure all stations are ready.
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer service.
• Handle client complaints and special requests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, task allocation, and floor management.
• Monitor retail display, stock levels, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Support in training new staff and maintaining service quality.
• Report daily performance, issues, and operational needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and service protocols.
  
  
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon operations or beauty services.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of salon services, customer care, and operational standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
