Overview Of The Role
The Sales Team Leader at IKEA takes responsibility for steering the performance of sales operations towards maximized sales and optimized long-term profit. This role involves selecting the range of products to be sold and setting competitive prices to ensure IKEAs low-price leadership. Additionally, the Sales Team Leader plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing relationships between stores, central retail management, and distributors to align with IKEAs business strategy and sustainability goals. This role requires a strategic approach to commercial planning, people management, and the implementation of sustainable practices, making it essential for achieving sales budgets and maintaining IKEA’s brand presence in the local market.
