Siemens Energy is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Strategy Marketing Professional to join our Regional Sales Strategy team for Middle East. This role is pivotal in driving competitive intelligence, consolidating sales lessons learned, and supporting winning strategies for regional opportunities. The ideal candidate will be the go-to expert for competitor analysis, win-loss, and sales excellence, collaborating across business functions to maximize opportunity success.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for competitor intelligence
- Consolidate win-loss insights and lessons learned from sales projects, including commercial, technical, and contractual aspects (e.g., Emerald Tariffs T&Cs).
- Develop and curate content for regional sales events and conferences (excluding event coordination).
- Provide strategic support to regional projects aimed at enhancing opportunity hit rate
- Coordinate cross-functional business activities from Sales (PRM, OPS, Procurement) to support opportunity success, in alignment with Sales Excellence initiatives.
- Offer general support to Sales Managers in developing and executing winning strategies. Deliver ad hoc support to Sales VPs as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in sales strategy, marketing, or business development within the energy or industrial sector.
- Professional certification in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Business Analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and sales process optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex sales data and lessons learned.
- Experience supporting cross-functional strategic projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
