Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and driven B2B Sales Specialist to develop new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth across corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new corporate business opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and decision makers
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, proposals, and negotiations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Collaborate with marketing to support outbound campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
