The Sales Representative for Packaging Materials plays a crucial role in driving the growth and sustainability of our company by targeting potential clients and closing sales deals. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction and uncover additional needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
  • Resolve issues and complaints quickly to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand client network.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the packaging industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as needed.
