Job Description

As a Sales Representative specializing in packaging materials, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth in the packaging sector. Our company is dedicated to providing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, generate leads, and nurture relationships with current clients to increase sales revenue. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to ensure that our offerings align with market demands and customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives consistently.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate the value proposition of our packaging products.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team regarding customer and market needs.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay updated on market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas while expanding the company’s market presence.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in the packaging industry or a related sector.
  • Strong understanding of the packaging materials market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
