In this role you will perform, coordinate and execute sales activities for assigned dealt accounts, overview and monitor the market and the competitors to ensure established Etihad sales targets are reached contributing to Etihad’s profitability objectives achievement.
Accountabilities
Work with SD & MD for planning development initiatives to growth business (Market share/penetration) and sources of income aligned with overall Company objectives and external trends
Plan, propose and implement strategic and tactical for long tail (SSTA accounts), defining & achieving Targets with defined portfolio of accounts as per budget
Capabilities to research, gather and analyse data on products and competitors in the market and guide market research plans to define the best approach to increase Company market quota and visibility
Represent the company within the defined region to ensure the commercial success
Analyse, measure and report on performance of all marketing and sales promotion initiatives to improve selling approach with his/her portfolio and maximize of company reach and revenues possibilities
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with third parties (e.g. travel agencies &/or corporate customers) to ensure effective brand positioning among strategic clients
Engage with Company partners to conduct joint negotiations with clients or intermediaries to optimize company visibility and to exploit new commercial channels and possibilities
Regular monitor sales KPIs and dashboards to identify areas of improvement, new initiatives and propose corrective actions
Liaise with colleagues and coordinate with Regional & Central team for Sales Force to be upto date.
Work with Products and Data team for regular monitoring of Budget vs Actuals
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience in sales
Minimum of 4 years of experience in (UAE travel industry would be preferred)
Microsoft knowledge is a must with specialization in excel
Knowledge of Amadeus functionalities (would be added advantage)
Knowledge of Amadeus products & competition offers (would be added advantage)
AI capabilities for excel & power point would be an added advantage
