Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, maintaining and building relationships with clients, and ultimately achieving revenue targets. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively present our products and services to potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through research and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to successfully close sales deals.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management for strategic planning.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote company offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously update knowledge of products, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-oriented attitude required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
