  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events regularly.
  • Identify and address client concerns or objections efficiently during sales interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas as designated by the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential for the position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
