Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote and sell du's range of telecom services.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet visitors, understand their needs, and explain product benefits to convert interest into sales.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Kiosk Management: Maintain cleanliness, visual appeal, branding
  • Lead Management: Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
  • Reporting: Report on sales activities and performance


    Key Requirements:

    • Experience: Prior telecom (du/Etisalat) or retail sales experience is highly advantageous.
    • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
    • Attributes: Self-motivated, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, and product knowledge.
    • Education: Often high school or equivalent, but varies
    • language : Hindi Speaking candidates only preferred
    • Nationality  : India / Nepal
