PulseMediaNL is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join our remote team. This role is responsible for overseeing sales operations, improving processes, supporting sales performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Strategy
Manage and optimize daily sales operations to support business growth and performance
Develop and implement processes, workflows, and operational best practices for the sales team
Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives
Monitor key sales metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights
Track sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and revenue performance
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data across CRM and reporting systems
Team Collaboration & Support
Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations teams
Support the sales team with tools, systems, training, and operational guidance
Assist in implementing sales technologies and process enhancements
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that support sales growth and customer success
Process Improvement & Administration
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Maintain documentation for sales procedures, policies, and workflows
Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations
Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role
Previous leadership or management experience is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting platforms is a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, operations, or a related field is a plus
