Job Description

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating his teams sales plan to achieve the sales target;
  • Responsible for evaluating his sales team;
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance indicators of his team.
  • Responsible for the technical follow-up of his sales team during the sales stages (calls, transfer rates, visits, reservations, contracts - promoting sales with existing customers) and assisting in closing deals with sales (sales team);
  • Responsible for managing, following up, and submitting detailed reports on visits and sales out from other branches and following up them with the Sales Operation Manager on a daily basis;
  • Responsible for participating in the selection of his sales team members (initial interview with human resources, interview with sales manager, last interview with Sales Director);
  • Responsible for submitting periodic reports to top management on the performance of his sales team and sales target.
  • Responsible for reviewing all documents related to contracts and ensuring that they are uploaded to the system upon completion of the contract;
  • Responsible for following up with sales director on the daily plans of each member of his sales team;
  • Responsible for managing and distributing new and old leads to colleagues in the sales team;
  • Considering the suggestions made by the sales department team, taking them and submitting them to the top management.

Qualification

Education:

–Bachelors degree

Experience

–At least 3-5 years of experience in similar activities

Computer Skills

–MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, CRM System.
