Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our Software as a Service (SAAS) division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the technology sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will also be instrumental in developing strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's business goals. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate and guide a team, and the capability to establish robust client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new sales prospects and develop partnerships to grow business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends to determine customer needs and competitor actions.
  • Create and deliver presentations to prospective clients to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on team performance using metrics and sales data analysis.
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to enhance team performance levels.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, budget proposals, and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales leadership roles within the SAAS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS solutions and IT infrastructures relevant to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and convert it into actionable sales strategies.
