As a Sales Manager (Marine), you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the marine industry. Your role will involve strategizing, implementing, and managing the sales activities that contribute to the development of our marine-focused solutions.   • Manage the budget for the sales department, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management for strategic insight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience in the marine industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive long-term business goals.
