Job Description

The Sales Manager - HVAC is responsible for overseeing and directing sales activities within the HVAC sector. This position involves developing strategic sales plans to boost revenue, guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused attitude.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is highly desirable.
