Job Description

The Sales Manager - HVAC plays a critical role within the sales team, tasked with driving revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the HVAC industry. This professional is responsible for managing client relationships, promoting our range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in sales management, preferably within the HVAC sector. They will leverage their expertise to develop strategic plans, forecast sales targets, and train a dedicated team of sales professionals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary, alongside the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. The Sales Manager will also be expected to maintain a profound understanding of market trends and competitor activities to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve predetermined sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the HVAC sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Competence in utilizing CRM software and tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive marketing strategies.
