Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and expanding our customer base. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Oversee accurate sales forecasting and inventory management processes.
  • Manage client accounts and resolve any issues or customer complaints.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
  • Train and develop sales staff to ensure peak performance and motivation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving company goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for sales tracking.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
