Job Description

Purpose:
· Promote and sell new models.
· Ensure customer satisfaction with the services given in the showroom.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Greet the customer and identify his/her requirements.
· Explain the features and performance of the vehicle to the customer.
· Explain GSM’s services at the point of sales such as car registration, insurance, and other after-sales services.
· Suggest optional equipment (accessories) for customers to purchase.
· Achieve the sales target set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Sales Manager/Head of Used Cars.
· Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and requirements for financing of vehicles.
· Advise customers concerning the current and future availability of new car models.
· Arrange the delivery of the vehicle to the customer in coordination with the New Car Storekeeper.
· Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for car registration and insurance.
· Follow-up with potential customers.
· Perform other duties as requested by the Brand Sales Manager.
